The System Solutions Senior Analyst is part of the APAC Regional Digital Transformation & Innovation Team. He helps the company in delivering its program to transform the business and process with solutions on System Integration, Robotics Process Automation and other AI tools. The System Solutions Senior Analyst collaborates with developers, solutions teams, product teams and operation super-users to design and rollout innovative solution, ensuring successful adoption of the modern workspace.

About the job

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and document business requirements for application enhancements and customizations.
• Lead the design and rollout of the System Integration and RPA solutions according to the best practice.
• Integration of various Transport Management System components and other solutions.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team and system owners in designing the roll-out and change management plan of solutions that will ensure effective user adoption.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and policies and develop a collaborative network with technology companies.

About you

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

• Bachelor Degree of IT Management or Business Process Management.
• 5 years’ experience in a solution position and project management are required.
• Extensive in Microsoft office 365 / Power Apps, RPA systems, Python, EDI protocol (XML, EDIFACT, X12, ANSI etc), API, Marcros, SQL.
• A background in Freight Forwarding industry and experience in Cargowise One system is an asset.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Able to adapt and respond to changing priorities and be a proactive communicator in the dynamic work environment.
• Strong analytical ability in anticipating potential problems and take initiative towards solving them.
• Exhibit excellent organizational analytical skills.
• Work independently and in teams.c
• Exhibit an affinity towards both process-oriented and customer-focused structures.
• Communicate with all levels of team members, with different cultures and backgrounds
• Possess presentation skills required to translate technical solutions to non-technical staff.
