Your Responsibilities

Monitoring, managing, and continuously improving energy management processes with a focus on IM4G requirements
Coordination of internal departmental matters
Analysis, prioritization, and tracking of open process and error cases related to supplier changes, energy data management, and billing
Monitoring process statuses and ensuring transparent handling of open issues
Supporting the implementation of new regulatory requirements and process adjustments
Central communication and coordination role for the department
Managing and tracking tickets, as well as coordinating escalations in consultation with department management
Analyzing and managing technical error cases until a sustainable solution is reached
Ensuring a structured flow of information between all involved departments
Taking on coordination tasks to relieve the operational teams
Monitoring and tracking open process and system issues
Consolidating, coordinating, and prioritizing technical requirements
Providing support for testing, process coordination, error analysis, and feedback
Collaborating on the further development and optimization of existing processes and system landscapes
Supporting the implementation of new applications, processes, and regulatory requirements

Your Qualifications

Successfully completed technical or business vocational training
Professional experience in the energy sector in the areas of market communication, grid processes, metering, or energy data management
Strong interest in energy industry processes as well as regulatory and technical contexts
A strong understanding of processes and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues, structure them, and develop solutions independently
Experience with cross-functional coordination and collaboration processes
Proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and energy industry application systems
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
High degree of initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent organizational skills
An independent, reliable, and goal-oriented work style, along with a strong commitment to managing process and error situations
Perseverance and tenacity in resolving outstanding issues, as well as a passion for designing, optimizing, and sustainably developing processes
Salary based on the collective bargaining agreement, Pay Grade 8 TV-V
