Staff DevOps Engineer – Developer Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the self‑service infrastructure platform
• Own core layers of the platform
• Make agents first‑class developers
• Own the validation platform and quality gate frameworks
• Build internal tooling, observability, and metrics

Requirements

• Staff-level ownership in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE
• Active use of AI development tools
• Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience
• Strong IaC (Terraform) and GitOps experience
• Identity, access, and policy-as-code experience
• Proven track record building self‑service developer platforms
• CI/CD depth (GitHub Actions)
• Cost‑awareness
• Excellent cross‑team communication
