As a Staff Electrical Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for the design, architecture, and integration of advanced electrical systems across existing and new automation platforms. You will guide complex engineering decisions for machine and plant systems, ensure robust system performance, support market availability for legacy products, and maintain compliance with applicable safety, EMC, and regulatory requirements. You’ll act as a key technical authority for electrical engineering, partnering with interdisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to solve complex system‑level challenges. In this role, you will shape engineering standards, mentor other engineers, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the development of next‑generation industrial automation solutions.
