Staff Fullstack Engineer

About the Position

As a Staff Engineer, you will spearhead the development of LLM‑powered products at the forefront of marketing and advertising technologies. You will use your expertise in systems architecture and full‑stack web development to design, implement, and enhance a range of AI‑driven solutions, holding direct responsibility for large components of our web application and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI‑driven technology and make meaningful contributions to real‑world applications. The role is linked with our office in Berlin, but we offer remote work within Germany.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the architecture design and implementation of scalable, secure web applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product managers, and designers to conceptualize and shape innovative and impactful solutions; provide mentorship to junior team members; cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full‑stack web development.
• Proven experience with Typescript and React, and building full‑stack applications with these technologies.
• Familiarity and experience with the latest advancements in the React ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with system design and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
