Staff Product Designer (Fully Remote)

• Design end-to-end systems for onboarding, product discovery, and cross-product expansion.
• Define interaction models for platform-level systems covering metadata, assignment logic, and automation.
• Simplify complex platform architecture into clear, intuitive user experiences.

AI-Native Product Development Experience:

• Design AI-driven systems that are usable, trustworthy, and effective.
• Embed AI workflows and actionable guidance into the product.
• Prototype rapidly using modern AI tools like Lovable and v0.

Cross-Functional Design Leadership:

• Act as a design leader across platform initiatives, influencing decisions beyond your scope.
• Partner closely with Senior Management, Product Management, Engineering, and Data Analytics.
• Contribute new patterns to the EasyLlama Design System for platform-scale complexity.
• Workshop with senior stakeholders to propose and design UX experiments.
• Define test variants and success criteria; iterate rapidly based on results.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to track and improve core growth metrics.
