Overview

In this role you drive core technology initiatives within TE Connectivity’s Advanced Technologies group, acting as the main liaison for focus groups and key customers on emerging technologies and architectures. You will develop design concepts and build technology demonstrators, and lead collaborations with external institutes and universities to advance research and knowledge transfer. You also publish technical content and represent the team at conferences, shaping the direction of next-generation solutions. This role offers exposure to cross-disciplinary engineering and a chance to contribute to a safer, more connected world with impactful, hands-on projects.

Zentrale Anforderungen

10+ years’ experience in product engineering and leading complex engineering projects
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Technical/Applied Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven innovation track record with multiple granted patents/intellectual property
Broad cross-disciplinary background (mechanical and electrical) with deep expertise in switching technology, connector solutions or sensors
Proficient in 3D CAD for mechanical components; strong experience with Creo
