About The Role

Deel IT manages the full device lifecycle for Deel’s global workforce: procurement, shipping, device support, and returns across 100+ countries and a network of 50+ couriers and suppliers. It’s a high‑stakes internal operation where SLAs are real, complexity is everywhere, and the cost of failure is visible across the whole company. We have two core platforms in place that handle real, global complexity across all 100+ countries: an internal admin platform and a supplier platform that manages our network of 50+ couriers and vendors.
