As Staff Product Operations Manager for time & attendance, you bridge customers, product and engineering to shape global payroll compliance. You identify regional needs, translate them into actionable scope, and drive go-to-market launches across countries. You’ll translate complex country rules into clear priorities and ensure smooth rollouts with cross-functional teams. This role offers impact at scale, improving how millions of workers are paid and managed worldwide. You’ll work at the center of Deel’s mission to standardize time & attendance globally.

• Conduct customer research across regions and synthesize insights into needs and pain points
• Scope and prioritize features and integrations for the product team
• Manage go-to-market launches for time & attendance features and countries
• Build the narrative around time & attendance solutions with marketing and sales
