What you will do

• Own end-to-end quantitative research initiatives from scoping to actionable recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, data science, and marketing teams.
• Embed quantitative research into product strategy and advocate for user needs.
• Analyze complex data sources to build evidence-based user insights.
• Mentor peers and refine research methods to increase impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in quantitative user, product, or market research.
• Expertise in survey methods, statistical analysis, and empirical research applications.
• Proficiency in statistical programming (R preferred) and SQL for data integration.
• Ability to communicate compelling narratives using quantitative data and visualizations.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with strong judgment on research depth and speed.
• Collaborative communicator skilled at cross-functional partnership and alignment.
