As a Staff Specialist Regional Product Marketing & Management in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long‑lasting partnerships that thrive on success.


Your Role


Key Responsibilities in your new role



  • Architect and execute results‑driven go-to-market strategies, drive go‑to‑market approaches per customer and per product family in order to expand Infineon’s market share in Microcontroller business throughout EMEA

  • Drive proactively RFQs at key automotive customers and identify key opportunities

  • Provide input for market/competitor insights, value proposition, business case creation, positioning, pricing and product roadmap for products from regional perspective

  • Adapt and deploy regional market introduction plan and manage regional G2M product level

  • Ensure design‑wins together with sales and business development activities on product level including commercial synchronization

  • Deploy our pricing strategy on product level in the region and manage quoting for our product offering

  • Support Sales with Software offerings, including pricing, licensing, product positioning, and strategic partner offerings


Your Profile


Qualifications and skills to help you succeed



  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration

  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field (power semiconductors, microcontrollers or similar)

  • Understanding of Microcontroller product, incl. technical product understanding, market and competitor positioning

  • Price negotiation skills and proven product management experience

  • Flexibility to travel within Europe

  • Fluent English skills, German skills as a plus
