Strategic Account Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with assigned 1-2 enterprise customers to understand and support project requirements.
• Take ownership of requirements and bring them live using programming skills and a strong understanding of code.
• Compare delivered solutions with requirements, and develop, implement, and deliver new technical solutions independently or with teammates.
• Participate in daily customer meetings to discuss features, review testing results, and gather feedback while acting as an extension of the enterprise customer’s team.
• Incorporate customer feedback into actionable tasks to ensure the successful delivery of project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development and/or solution architecture.
• Proven ability to design and implement technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Strong customer-facing skills with a service-oriented mindset.
