Your role

• Develop and implement global procurement strategies to ensure the company’s long-term competitiveness.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop supplier relationships, including conducting tenders, negotiating contracts, and finalizing agreements.
• Analyze and manage costs to identify and realize savings potential, including optimizing total procurement costs.
• Identify potential supply chain risks, including disruptions, and develop risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and analyze procurement performance and continuously improve processes.
• Work in a cross-location team and communicate in English.

Your profile

• A degree in business administration with a focus on or further training in procurement.
• Several years of professional experience in indirect procurement, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as analytical thinking.
• Market and product knowledge in indirect procurement in the DACH region, contract management skills, and basic project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
