This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing AI and software company, working across financial modelling, investor narratives, and board materials that directly inform decisions on growth, pricing, and capital allocation. It's suited to a top-tier investment banking associate looking to move from advising businesses to helping build one, with direct exposure to leadership and investors.

The role:

• Own the company's integrated operating model across revenue, margins, and cash.
• Build driver-based models connecting product usage, go-to-market activity, and growth economics.
• Design scenario frameworks used by leadership to guide decisions on growth, pricing, and investment.
• Translate financial and market dynamics into clear strategic narratives for investors and the board.
• Contribute to the company's equity story within the AI and software space.
• Partner with leadership on unit economics, pricing, fundraising, partnerships, M&A, and IPO support.
• Work with finance and automation engineers to translate financial models into structured logic for real-time systems.

What you'll need:

• 4-5+ years in top-tier investment banking (technology coverage preferred), strategic finance, or high-growth tech.
• Strong financial modelling skills, including three-statement models, SaaS metrics, and scenario analysis.
• Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling ability, with a knack for turning complex analysis into a clear narrative.
• Fluent German and English.
