Responsibilities

• Shape the Strategy – Assess market opportunities, identify challenges, and help define the roadmap for Instabee Finland’s growth.
• Lead High‑Impact Projects – Take ownership of complex, cross‑functional initiatives that drive business performance and scale our operations.
• Work with Leadership – Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and senior team to set targets and implement strategic plans.
• Use Data to Drive Decisions – Monitor performance, track key business metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Remove Roadblocks – Identify challenges, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure our strategic initiatives run smoothly.
