Position: Strategic Sales Manager E-Commerce (m/f/x)

As a Sales Manager you will lead, develop, and motivate a cross‑divisional sales team, acting as the primary contact for a European PurePlayer within our PVH Region West and European online environment.

A day in the life

  • Lead, develop and motivate your cross‑divisional sales team with passion and integrity.
  • Serve as the go‑to person for a specific European PurePlayer, driving and streamlining all related topics end‑to‑end.
  • Oversee and own the strategic direction of a large European Pure Player, creating a holistic brand strategy.
  • Plan, control, and handle operational and strategic cooperation, including action and annual planning and marketing activity control.
  • Be responsible for sales and revenue planning and achieving targets while maximizing potentials.
  • Develop and advance a segmented product strategy and a future‑oriented product build‑up across all digital channels.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Drive cross‑functional projects in an agile e‑commerce team structure.

What we need from you

  • Minimum of 5 years profound work experience as Sales‑ and/or Key Account Manager in e‑commerce or omni‑channel (textile or related fields).
  • Proven experience in leading a small but agile sales team.
  • High degree of team spirit.
  • Solution‑oriented and precise working method with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills and a natural desire for improving solutions across people, processes and systems.
  • A hands‑on mentality working with frequently changing tools and software.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels to influence and drive interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Very good command of written and spoken German and English.
  • Very good command of MS‑Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
