Strategic Technology Lead – Advanced 3DIC Packaging & Integration (Mobile/STCO)

As Strategic Technology Lead, you drive internal and external R&D programs in mobile 3DIC STCO/XTCO, shaping technology roadmaps and partnerships. You will produce high-impact analyses for senior leaders and guide cross-functional product strategies. The role blends deep technical evaluation with strategic leadership, interfacing with academia, suppliers, and industry partners. • Evaluate emerging technologies and commercial potential through literature reviews, trend analysis, and simulations
• Produce reports for senior leadership to guide strategy
• Conduct early-stage feasibility studies and simulations to shape roadmaps
• Define and drive corporate and BU innovation programs aligned with long-term objectives
• Manage international network and engage with external partners to foster innovation

• PhD in relevant field with substantial industry experience
• Technical expertise in STCO for heterogeneous 3DIC, 3DIC design/architecture, physical design, advanced packaging, and PI/SI in 3DIC
• Strong analytical mindset for strategic and technical challenges
• Self-driven learner with awareness of emerging tech trends
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in fast-paced environments
• Project leadership to steer cross-functional teams
