Senior Manager – Strategic Valuation & Modeling

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategic Valuation & Modeling team in Frankfurt or Munich.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review complex valuation models.
• Value companies, intangible and tangible assets and strategic alternatives in connection with tax, transactional and accounting matters.
• Provide support with fairness opinions to assess the appropriateness of transaction prices and structure.
• Identify and understand key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and deliverables.
• Be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients in this process.
• Manage the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with stakeholders.
• Steer and provide guidance to more junior team members.
• Actively contribute to business development (internal and external) and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business administration or business economics.
• Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge; ability to translate numbers into a well‑structured report.
• Six to eight years of relevant professional experience in valuations, corporate finance, investment banking or corporate development/strategy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hunger for challenging projects.
• Clear, open opinions you are willing to share.
• Drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner.
• Fluent in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to be a great team player.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Prior experience in developing and managing small teams.
• Eagerness to work on cross‑border assignments.
