Strategy & Business Development Manager (m/f/x)

As part of FINN's Defleeting team, you shape the defleeting operations at a pivotal growth stage, aligning financial performance with exceptional customer experience. You design scalable workflows and manage strategic partners to ensure fast, smooth vehicle end-of-life handling. You work cross-functionally to optimize turnaround times, reduce damage-related costs, and recover customer revenue, all while driving data-driven improvements. This role offers meaningful impact on fleet growth and operational excellence in a fast-moving mobility scale-up.

• Design, standardize and scale end-to-end defleeting workflows to support rapid fleet growth
• Balance turnaround times, impairment costs and customer satisfaction at subscription end
• Manage strategic external partnerships with OEMs, appraisers, and hubs
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Fleet, Customer Operations, Active Fleet, and Vehicle Logistics & Stations
• Establish operational metrics and leverage data insights to identify bottlenecks and improve cycle times
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities within the defleeting lifecycle

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology & Management, Economics, or a related field
• Proven track record in a high-performance environment (startup/scale-up/VC fund/strategy consulting)
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and structured, independent project management
• Excellent German (C1/C2) and fluent professional English
