Strategy & Business Development Professional - Culture & Engagement (d/m/w)

In this role you drive and implement actions that strengthen corporate culture and boost employee engagement. You collaborate with stakeholders to align culture initiatives with strategy and promote inclusive, well-being programs. You will embed engagement into HR processes and lead workshops and trainings that reinforce values and leadership. • Support development and implementation of actions to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholder groups to implement cultural transformation aligned with strategy
• Design and promote inclusion, diversity, and employee well-being programs
• Support development and introduction of engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication campaigns
• Monitor employee engagement using feedback tools and identify improvement areas
• Embed cultural initiatives into HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and development
• Organize and facilitate workshops, trainings, and events to promote values, leadership principles, and engagement

• Completed university degree in business, psychology, HR management, or comparable field
• Several years of HR experience focused on organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience
• Knowledge of modern engagement strategies and best practices
• Experience with feedback tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and strong project management
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
