Your profile

• At least four relevant internships (e.g., in management consulting and/or in an industry or service company from our core sectors)
• A very good Bachelor’s and Master’s degree
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Advanced understanding of how current AI technologies work and their limitations (Machine Learning, GenAI, LLMs, Agents)
• Advanced proficiency in using GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity & Co.)
• Enthusiasm for strategy consulting
• Self-initiative and engagement
• Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
• High implementation strength and practical orientation
• Confident demeanor and flexibility
