Strategy Consultant (all genders)

In this role you help clients steer strategic transformation at the intersection of strategy, technology, data and implementation. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to develop digital business strategies, transformation plans and AI/data-driven solutions. You engage senior stakeholders and deliver practical concepts that shape the direction of organisations. • Take ownership of challenging work packages and support project management for (sub-)projects
• Analyse markets, customer trends, processes and business models to formulate strategic recommendations
• Develop digital business strategies, transformation approaches and data/technology-based solutions with experienced colleagues
• Lead first independent projects, engage stakeholders and present results to management
• Incorporate technology, data and AI considerations to assess maturity and shape viable client concepts
• Design workshops, prepare decision-making frameworks and contribute to evolving methods and thought leadership

• Degree with above-average grades, ideally in business, engineering or IT
• At least 2–4 years of relevant consultancy, mobility/automotive or strategy/digital/transformation experience
• Passion for digital business models, new technologies and organisational transformation
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Confident communication and presentation skills in German and English
• High self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic consultancy environment
