As a Strategy Consultant at Siemens Advanta, you tackle strategic challenges across industries, shaping projects from concept to implementation. • Own core project modules: scope problems, conduct quantitative/qualitative analyses, deliver actionable recommendations
• Incorporate AI into client solutions and value assessment rather than treating AI as a supplement
• Engage directly with decision-makers, including C-level executives, through interviews and workshops
• Move recommendations from slides to pilot and rollout across industry units
• Contribute to internal transformation topics within Siemens to broaden impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals

• Two internships in strategy consulting or initial professional experience in the field
• Master's or MBA with a quantitative/technical core, or from a top business school
• AI in practice: familiarity with agents, LLM applications, or data products is a plus
• Global mindset with international exposure through studies, internships, or work abroad
• Analytical skills to build defensible recommendations from incomplete data and state assumptions
• Fluent German (C1) and English (C1)
