Strategy Consultant / Senior Strategy Consultant M/W (Cologne)

We are looking for talented and motivated Consultant or Senior Consultant to reinforce our team in Strategy & Market Access consulting for leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients.

This role is particularly suited to a German speaker based in Cologne, with experience or strong interest in the German pharmaceutical and healthcare market. Requirements

• Full professional proficiency German and English language skills is required
• Relevant work experience in consulting or the Life Science sector, including pharma, biotech, medtech, or related areas
• Experience in strategy, market access, pricing and reimbursement, HTA, or business development would be highly valuable
• Experience with the German AMNOG process, benefit assessments, or AMNOG dossier preparation is a strong plus, but not essential
• Degree in business administration, health economics, or a scientific discipline from a leading business school or academic institution
• Track record of academic excellence and outstanding achievements in professional and extracurricular activities
• Commitment to the highest standards of quality and integrity
• Entrepreneurial spirit and business sense
