Strategy Consultant with a focus on data, AI & digitalisation .

You understand how organisations need to change to put data and AI to genuinely effective use, and you'd love to help guide exactly that change? Then with us you'll find an environment where strategy doesn't end on slides.

Your role.:\

As part of our team, you'll work with companies that don't just talk about transformation – companies ready to realign their structures, decisions and responsibilities so that data and artificial intelligence deliver real impact. You help them create exactly the right conditions to make that happen.

How you can shape tomorrow's world

• You develop the strategies our clients use to reach their business goals through the targeted deployment of data and AI.

• You analyse existing business strategies, processes and structures and show where and how data and artificial intelligence demonstrably create business value.

• You identify high-impact areas for data- and AI-driven innovation and help describe use cases in concrete terms, prioritise them and assess their ROI.

• You structure complex questions, translate them into clearly prioritised actions and develop roadmaps that can actually be delivered.

• You design organisation and governance models that enable and anchor the targeted use of data and AI even in decentralised structures.

What sets you apart

• You have several years of experience in developing business strategies or in organisational development – ideally in the context of data or digital strategies – from (in-house) consulting.

• You bring a well-grounded consulting toolkit – from strategic and conceptual work through project management and stakeholder communication.

• You have an overview of the relevant use cases for data & AI in enterprises and can assess use cases in a targeted way for their impact and the business value they create.

• You work independently, stay solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team – always with the ambition of enabling real progress.

• You speak and write German fluently at a C1 level.

• Fosters curiosity. — Learning never stops with us. We support you in continuously developing yourself further - with time, a budget and an environment that encourages exchange and thinking beyond the obvious. For us, curiosity is not a "nice-to-have" but a central value.

• Inspires co-creation. — At digetiers you don't just shape your own role — you actively help shape our company too. Whether in projects, processes or our culture — your ideas count. We believe in bold co-creation instead of rigid structures.

• Works with real passion. — We laugh a lot and still deliver at the highest level. For us, fun and the drive to perform don't rule each other out — they spur each other on.

• Sticks together as musketeers. — One for all, all for one — at digetiers that's not just the origin of our name, but a reality we live every day. We win as a team and have each other's backs.
