Strategy & Corporate Development Manager

We've partnered with a global private equity backed market leader who are seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to join its high-profile Strategy and M&A team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a newly assembled leadership team and play a key role in shaping and executing the company's next phase of growth.

The Role

The role spans a broad range of topics, including market expansion, commercial strategy, international growth, operating model design and inorganic opportunities.

You'll work directly with an ambitious and highly experienced C-suite, gaining significant exposure to senior decision makers and the opportunity to influence key strategic priorities across the business. The role offers a high degree of ownership from day one, with the freedom to lead projects independently across strategy, growth initiatives and M&A. You'll play a central role in an exciting transformation journey as the organisation evolves.

Ideal Background

• 2-5 years' experience in Strategy Consulting or Investment baking
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Exposure to corporate strategy, transformation, M&A or growth related projects
• Sector experience in TMT, Industrials or Manufacturing is advantageous
