Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You report directly to the Head of Strategy and Collaboration Management within the Diagnostic Imaging business area and play a key role in further advancing the strategic direction of the business.
- You independently conduct strategic analyses, particularly regarding market and competitive developments, benchmarking, strategic fields of action, and M&A opportunities, including due diligence activities.
- You lead and manage cross-functional projects focused on strategic priority topics and ensure their successful execution.
- You take responsibility for the development, refinement, and implementation of overarching business strategies.
- You drive strategic planning activities and evaluate strategic options related to market, competitive, and M&A topics.
- You develop well-founded decision proposals and provide recommendations for the sustainable strategic development of the business.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field; an MBA or a comparable advanced qualification is considered an advantage.
- You bring many years of professional experience in strategy development and M&A, ideally complemented by substantial experience gained at a leading strategy or management consulting firm.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Healthcare, MedTech, or a comparable highly regulated corporate environment.
- You have successfully led large-scale, cross-functional projects focused on strategic business topics and delivered sustainable results.
- You bring highly developed analytical skills as well as experience in the structured assessment of complex business situations.
