As a Strategy Senior Manager, you will not only advise clients — you will drive complex transformation programs, build client relationships at senior level and actively contribute to the growth of the firm.

Your Role

As a Strategy Senior Manager / Principal, you will take end-to-end responsibility for complex client engagements and play a key role in shaping Rhino MC’s growth trajectory.

You will work closely with C-level stakeholders, lead strategic discussions and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact transformation initiatives.

In parallel, you will contribute to building and scaling our consulting offerings, with a strong focus on AI-driven and productized solutions.

This role is designed for experienced consultants who combine strategic depth with entrepreneurial drive and the ambition to take on leadership responsibility within a growing firm.

What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership & Client Impact

• Lead the development of business, technology and AI strategies for senior clients
• Drive large-scale transformation programs from concept to execution
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders

Engagement Leadership

• Own client relationships and ensure long-term value creation
• Lead key meetings, workshops and executive discussions
• Ensure high-quality delivery across all project streams

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and develop high-performing consulting teams
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants and drive their development
• Foster a culture of ownership, quality and continuous improvement

AI & Offering Development

• Shape and scale Rhino MC’s AI-driven consulting offerings
• Identify opportunities for productized consulting and scalable solutions
• Contribute to building differentiated capabilities in AI and digital transformation

Business Development & Growth

• Identify and develop new client opportunities
• Lead proposal development and support contract negotiations
• Contribute to the overall growth and positioning of the firm

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in top-tier strategy or technology consulting
• Proven track record in leading complex transformation programs
• Strong experience working with senior stakeholders (C-level)

Skillset

• Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at executive level
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and scaling a consulting business
• Strong interest in AI, digital business models and emerging technologies

Education

• Outstanding academic background (Master’s degree or MBA from a leading university)

Languages

• Full professional proficiency in English and German
