We are now seeking a Structural Design Manager in Tampere, Espoo, or Oulu with partial remote work options.

Responsibilities

As a Design Manager, you will ensure that the structural design of industrial and/or data center projects is technically high‑quality, consistent, and meets project‑specific requirements.

• Collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders, support designers, and work with project managers.
• Provide design guidance, project management, and financial oversight as needed.
• Develop brief statements, manage multi‑year projects, and ensure technical excellence across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role you need:

• Relevant degree (AMK/DI) and previous experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and Office software.
• Experience with RFEM, Navisworks, and Trimble Connect is a plus.
• Proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written) and English.
• Strong communication, independent work approach, and a team‑oriented attitude.
