Structural Design Project Manager

Position Overview

This role focuses on leading the structural design of data center and industrial projects, ensuring high‑quality design delivered on time and within budget, while collaborating with external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, coordinating design solutions.
• Monitor quality, schedule, and costs.
• Anticipate and mitigate challenges.
• Act as a unifying force in structural design and serve as a reliable partner to the client.

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant degree (AMK/DI) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in similar roles.
• Proficient in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and Office programs.
• Experience with Navisworks and Trimble Connect is a plus.
• Proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written); ability to work in English.
• Strong communication, independent work approach, team orientation, and positive mindset.
