Job Summary

This role play pivot role in R&D for fully automatic coffee machines, managing the entire development process, and solving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development for new coffee machine technologies and platforms.
• Lead innovation efforts by analyzing overseas market trends and user characteristics.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Drive breakthroughs in new technical fields with a strong sense of teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in structural development for pressure coffee machines, with a preference for experience in fully automatic models.
• Strong innovation, analytical, and communication skills.
