Join exceptional people from around the world to solve some of the world's toughest energy challenges, make a real impact, and enjoy the adventure of building the future of industrial decarbonization together.
As our Structural Engineer – Material Testing & Structural Validation , you'll play a key role in developing the lightweight structural systems that make GlassPoint's technology reliable, safe, and scalable.
Working closely with Structural, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Operations teams, you'll combine advanced engineering analysis with hands‑on testing to validate innovative designs and ensure they perform under real‑world conditions. From small‑scale material characterization to full‑scale component testing, your work will directly influence the next generation of technology.
The structures you validate will become part of some of the world's largest industrial solar thermal plants, helping heavy industry reduce emissions while improving energy security.
You’ll combine engineering theory with practical experimentation, transforming test results into optimized designs and helping GlassPoint continuously improve the performance, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness of its technology.
