Student Assistant (all genders)

from November 2026 | 10 hours per week | in Berlin | 14,32 €/hour

Your Responsibilities

• Operational support for the Chair in coordination, communication and administration
• Interface management with internal ESCP departments, external partners, service providers and media contacts
• Creation and revision of professional communication materials, e.g. slide decks, emails, outreach texts, program and website content
• Coordination of appointments, events, travel, invoices and follow-ups
• Support with executive education formats, research activities and external engagements of the Chair

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a Master’s program for the entire duration of employment
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, commitment and reliability
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office and GSuite, as well as willingness to become familiar with our assistant tools such as HRWorks and Wix
• We are happy to receive applications from students with backgrounds in business administration, management or human resources management (students from psychology, cultural studies, sociology or other related disciplines are also welcome to apply)
