Student Process Improvement Project (f/m/d)

Place in the organization:

We are looking for one or more motivated students to join an exciting process improvement project at our production site.

Staff management yes/no:

none

Main responsibilities/tasks:

• Analyze current work processes
• Identify waste and process inefficiencies
• Develop and present improvement proposals to optimize operations.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process optimization within a real production environment.

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Previous project work or internships in manufacturing or process improvement are beneficial but not required.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
