Studio Design Assistant – Interior & Brand

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Studio Design in delivering high-quality design projects – from technical planning details to coordination and organization of various processes.
• Detail and maintain construction drawings in ArchiCAD.
• Produce design dossiers in Adobe InDesign.
• Maintain structured filing and upkeep of all project files and documentation.
• Provide management, organizational and administrative support.
• Continuously maintain and update the internal furniture and materials inventory.
• Research and coordinate material samples and products.
• Ensure smooth information flow with external planning offices and internal stakeholders.
• Occasional travel: studio visits and on-site appointments.

Requirements

• Education: Construction drafter/architectural draftsperson or comparable background.
• Confident user of Adobe InDesign – able to produce clean, presentation-ready documents quickly.
• A strong sense for aesthetics, design and brand consistency.
• Good knowledge and practical experience with ArchiCAD.
• Highly organized, structured and independent — able to prioritize projects and maintain an overview when handling multiple tasks.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Residence in Hamburg or willingness to relocate.
