Rostudios is the European market leader in social fitness. We operate successful cycling and reformer pilates studios in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and the US. We are growing rapidly and opening a Roform studio in Cologne Lindenthal. We are looking for a Studio Manager who plays a critical role in defining the success of our business.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations including customer service, maintenance, cleaning, logistics, staffing and performance
• Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance at all times
• Actively lead by example during shifts and be present at the studio
• Be the face of the studio and build relationships with customers, helping grow Rostudios’ community
• Decide on team capacity needs and recruitment strategy through effective forecasting and planning – including hiring and letting go of studio staff
• Manage studio partner- and supplier relationships
• Manage studio expenses and follow up on incoming leads, scheduling private rides and deals
• Make the schedule for your team
• Collaborate with Marketing for the operational execution of events at the locations
• Organize and implement quarterly training programs for staff
• Mentor interns at the studio
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times
• Improve customer service and team performance based on (e)NPS results

Qualifications

• Strong interest in operations, sport or lifestyle brands and passion for hospitality and people
• Natural leader who cares for the team with at least 2 years of proven experience managing a team
• At least 2 years of operational experience
• Experience in part‑time staff recruitment and training preferred
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair issues and of booking, planning systems and operational procedures
• Attention to detail, strong organisational and planning skills
• Creative mindset with an ability to suggest improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Flexible within studio opening hours
• Available to start in September 2026
