Sub-Project Lead - ITSM & Regulatory Compliance (m/f/d)

Permanent role leading the ITSM and regulatory workstream inside a new IT operating model programme at a bank - where service management design meets DORA, MaRisk and GDPR.

• Own planning, steering and control of the ITSM and regulatory sub-project to a formal project-management guideline
• Secure sub-project goals across time, quality and cost
• Prepare management-ready information and decision papers
• Align the new operating model's service-management design with regulatory obligations
• Coordinate with governance, second line of defence and internal audit
