• Coordinate and supervise activities across one or more departments to meet business unit needs
• Lead continuous process improvement, cost reduction, and ISO/quality initiatives
• Ensure safety, policy adherence, and timely attendance; address incidents and conduct
• Provide performance feedback, coaching, and development for staff; manage hiring and evaluations
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Planners to resolve production problems and optimize throughput
• Review production schedules, estimate workforce requirements, and coordinate department activities
• Prepare monthly status reports on manufacturing performance, safety, quality, inventory, and throughput
• Monitor department efficiency via SAP reports and material usage; report roadblocks and positives
• Support flexible staffing and cross-functional work, including overtime decisions and workload balance
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers/suppliers on production and delivery issues

Responsabilità

• Bachelor’s in Engineering with 8-10 years of related experience
• Diploma with 10-12 years of related experience
