In this role, you will coordinate and supervise one or more production departments to meet business unit goals. You’ll drive safe, efficient operations and develop the team to maximize performance and growth. You will partner with cross-functional groups to resolve production issues and implement process improvements at scale.

• Supervise and schedule manufacturing personnel and activities to meet objectives
• Provide performance feedback and coaching, resolve conflicts, and enforce safety and policies
• Lead recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of departmental staff
• Drive continuous process improvements, cost reduction, and ISO/quality initiatives
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and other support functions to resolve production problems
• Monitor department efficiency and throughput using SAP data and monthly reports
• Estimate labor requirements from production schedules and manage overtime decisions
• Prepare monthly manufacturing status reports covering safety, quality, inventory, and throughput
• Support a flexible, multi-tasking workforce and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with other supervisors and planners to achieve departmental goals
• Handle escalations in emergency situations and determine corrective actions
• Contribute to driver initiatives like reducing inventory and improving CRD for customers

Responsabilità

• Bachelor’s in Engineering with 8-10 years of related experience or Diploma with 10-12 years of related experience
• Strong leadership and people management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with SAP related to time/attendance and material transactions
• Ability to analyze production data, manage schedules, and drive improvements
• Safety, quality, and ISO awareness
• Decision-making in deviations from schedules and overtime needs
• Cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance
