For our boutique in Berlin KaDeWe , we are looking for a Supervisor with passion and drive. As a member of our team, you are responsible for supervising the team, providing excellent customer care and maintaining service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished at an exclusive level.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Management

Supervise the day-to-day operations within the team
Manage the integration of new joiners and help the manager assign responsibilities
Share ideas regularly and follow up on tasks delegated by the manager
Organise regular team meetings and sales training sessions
Spot coaching with the team on the sales ceremony
Improve synergies with other boutiques

Supervising Performance & Sales

Maintain the customer database and customer relationship management (CRM)
Achieve sales targets by mastering selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge
Contribute to the global team performance by being a role model
Know targets (by product category) in terms of daily, weekly and monthly sales to push and motivate the sales team
Sell and guide the team on the sales ceremony
Collect information regarding product trends and client needs

Floor Management

Customer reception, advice and support as well as fulfilment of special needs and wishes of our customers
Dedicate a large part of your time on the sales floor
Guarantee the transmission of the passion for the brand within the department
Optimise relationship with customers through regular contacts
Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the store

Retail Operations

Organise and contribute to stock management
Be available for supporting the sales and handling payments when necessary
Control and maintain floor display area and merchandise
Process and check incoming goods, carry out inventories and minimise stock and warehouse shortages

Profile

3+ years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment
Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison
Strong communication skills, empathy and an agile mindset
Ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication
Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
Prioritisation and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment
Fluent in German and English; another language is a plus
