You support our team as

Operations Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Ensure an efficient and smooth production process
• Coordinate production orders, personnel resources, and operational priorities
• Provide technical leadership and support to employees in Production and Engineering
• Actively contribute to resolving operational challenges and production bottlenecks
• Continuously optimize processes and workflows in line with Operational Excellence principles
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Maintenance, and other cross-functional departments
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, food safety, and occupational health and safety standards
• Support audits and contribute to the continuous development of the Quality Management System (QMS)

Qualifications

• Completed technical or food technology qualification (or equivalent vocational training)
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a shift-based production environment preferred
• Further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a comparable certification is an advantage
• Several years of experience in production or operations
• Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or process manufacturing industry preferred
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong hands-on mentality with a practical, solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently in a structured and organized manner
• Strong assertiveness, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to drive results
