Overview

ZADIG & VOLTAIRE is looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance
• Sales analysis
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• Ensuring administrative work (planning, shifts, focus…)
• Running the store
• Managing the effective team
• Evaluate the training needs of store employees and communicate those to the Store Manager
• Follow all Loss Prevention practices and protect company assets
• Respect and communicate positively about our brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor
• Able to achieve great performance
• Willing to work under pressure
• Flexible with hours and able available to work weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
