Summary

This position is in the Office of Water, Office of Water Emergency Response and Cybersecurity, Preparedness and Response Division. About OW This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected).

Major Duties

You will: Serve as a principal policy advisor on effective techniques to improve the security and resilience of water and wastewater systems to physical risks. Perform supervisory personnel management responsibilities to ensure work is accomplished. Direct program and operational planning and development to effectively meet established goals. Oversee and provide technical direction for Contract, Extramural, and Resource Management to ensure policies and regulations are followed. You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
