In Supply Chain Management, you ensure everything is available at the right time, in perfect quality, and at fair prices. Whether it's production materials, development projects, or services, you're making ideas come to life. You'll keep an eye on things like procurement, coordinating material flows, optimizing processes, and building strong relationships with suppliers. Working closely with teams from logistics, development, and sales, you actively shape what drives our company forward. Our logistics team keeps things moving: you ensure that all materials are reliably transported—from sourcing to the delivery of finished robots. Whether it's between our locations or to customers around the world, logistics keeps everything running smoothly.

Your mission & challenges

You ensure and continuously develop the quality of our suppliers to maintain and strengthen our high quality standards.
You systematically qualify, evaluate, and develop suppliers and support procurement in the selection and approval of new partners from a quality perspective.
You plan and conduct supplier audits and process assessments to ensure compliance with our quality requirements.
You take responsibility for supplier complaint management, analyze quality issues in a structured way, and ensure the sustainable implementation of corrective actions through the 8D process.
You support supplier approvals, first article inspections, and sampling processes while ensuring that product and process requirements are met.
You define and monitor key supplier KPIs and analyze supplier performance to identify and drive improvement initiatives.
You work closely with procurement, production and quality assurance teams and act as a technical interface for our suppliers.
You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our supplier quality processes and the further development of quality standards across the supply chain.

What we can look forward to

You have a technical education or a completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, quality management, or a related field.
You bring several years of experience in supplier quality management, technical procurement, or supplier management, and you are experienced in conducting supplier audits and evaluations.
You have solid knowledge of quality methods such as 8D, FMEA and root cause analysis, and you are proficient with common quality standards, e.g. ISO 9001.
You hold a certification as a supplier auditor, process auditor or an equivalent qualification, such as VDA 6.3 or ISO 9001 Auditor.
You possess technical understanding of products, manufacturing processes and quality requirements, and you can analyse complaints as well as initiate and follow up on corrective actions.
You present yourself confidently to external partners and suppliers and work in a structured, analytical and solution‑oriented manner.
You are willing to conduct occasional on‑site supplier visits and have excellent German and English skills.
