Supply Chain Analyst (d/f/m) employed in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel, your role will focus on ensuring seamless operations in spare parts demand planning for customer requirements in the aviation industry. In collaboration with various internal departments such as Product Management, Customer Order Desk, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics, you will optimize workflows, ensure inventory availability, and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives. This is a full‑time role within a workforce leasing arrangement, based in the strategic hub of Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel at Airbus.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing and validating material demand forecasts based on customer orders, planning data, and client‑specific inputs.
• Conducting procurement planning and ensuring the availability of inventory and materials.
• Acting as a central interface between stakeholders to maintain effective communication flow.
• Leveraging your expertise to support improvement and optimization projects within the supply chain processes.
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines and effective coordination of operational workflows to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• Two years of professional experience in aerospace, supply chain, logistics, or data analysis/data management.
• Advanced practical knowledge in SAP and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Proficiency in English at a negotiation level.
• Self‑directed and structured working style with a high degree of accountability and resilience.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining efficient workflow coordination.
• Commitment to integrating improvement measures within a results‑driven framework.
