Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you drive global supply chain strategies to create flexible, competitive, and resilient operations that align with customer requirements. You will interface with design teams and suppliers to enable Electrification initiatives for Automotive OEMs and Tier-1s, while supporting quotes and launches. You’ll collaborate across internal teams to optimize procurement, inventory, and risk management, delivering value and margin improvements. • Develop and implement global supply chain strategies based on customer requirements to ensure flexible and resilient operations
• Lead strategic procurement initiatives to optimize cost and create value
• Act as primary interface between design teams and suppliers for new Electrification products
• Lead sourcing for key components to improve product performance and market competitiveness
• Be the first contact for customers on material topics including demand planning, inventory turnover, pricing, multi sourcing and risk mitigation
• Support Business Development to win new opportunities with best-in-class supply chain solutions
• Support New Product Introduction and New Product Launches and participate in customer meetings with Program- and Account Management
• Coordinate with internal Flex organizations (BD, manufacturing site, PM, commodity management, supplier quality)
• Travel internationally up to ~25%

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management or Materials Management
• Completed education in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or in Electronics
• Basic Technical understanding of Automotive Electronics (advantage)
• Experience in Automotive environment (OEM, Tier-1)
• Experience in Planning and Inventory Management
• Good understanding of Financial Basics (Margin, P&L, OP)
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English (written and spoken); German a plus
