We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Supply Chain Manager (Procurement & Logist ics) who will be responsible for end-to-end planning, inventory control, and logistics coordination, ensuring seamless alignment between production, raw material supply, sales demand, and global customer delivery requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 7-12 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, or operations role.
- Strong experience in prodcution planning, demand planning, or supply planning in industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems and stock optimization principles.
- Experience in international logistics and export operations is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong coordination skills across Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance Teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end production planning, demand planning, and supply planning processes in alignment with sales forecasts and raw material availability.
- Oversee inventory management and stock optimization across warehouses to ensure service level efficiency and cost control
- Coordinate closely with Raw Material, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability for production continuity
- Plan and manage logistics operations including domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery
- Monitor stock levels, safety stock policies, and inventory turnover to prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Align production schedules with sales demand and customer delivery commitments in collaboration with Sales and Commercial Teams
- Track order fulfillment performance and ensure smotth execution from prodcution to final customer delivery
- Work closely with Finance to support cost control, inventory valutiaon, and logistics-related financial processes
- Identify inefficiencies in planning, logistics, and stock processes and purpose continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain planning and logistics KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting for management visibility
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international shipping standards
- Support digitalization and ERP-based process improvements within planning and logistics functions
