The Supply Chain Resilience & Compliance Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining an integrated governance framework for Supplier Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, and Product Compliance within BD Rowa.
The position drives the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of risks that could impact supply continuity, regulatory compliance, business operations, or customer service. The role acts as the central coordination point between Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Operations, and external suppliers to ensure supply chain resilience and compliance with current and emerging regulatory requirements. This role aligns with BD Rowa’s strategic focus on supply chain robustness, supplier risk management, business continuity planning, and compliance governance.
We are looking for an analytically strong, structured and assertive individual who will centrally manage the topics of Supplier Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning and Product Compliance Governance, thereby ensuring the long‑term resilience and compliance of our supply chain.
