Job Description

In this position asa part of the OperationsArea Europe team you will cooperate close with our Doka Sales Organizations and manage daily challenges in the area of supply chain.

Your key responsibilities include:

• You willfulfill material demands as well asregulatethe logistics process throughout the supply circle
• You willinitiate and support global material exchange (intercompany) &coordinate bottlenecks in supply
• You will support themaintenance of a balancedstock and material procurement planning based on business demand
• You willinterconnect with Doka Sales Branches, collaborate with other Distributions Centers and the Headquarters to support and optimize supply performance
• You willimplement and monitor Doka´s global logistics standards & processes
• You willcollaborate on the further development of software-relevant tools (e.g. Discos, RapidResponse)

Qualifications

• commercial education with focus on Logistics orSupply Chain
• practical experience in Operations orLogistics is an advantage
• proactive and communicative personality
• entrepreneurial thinking combined withhands-on mentality
• personal responsibility and assertiveness
• dedicated, solution-orientated and stress-resistant &
  able tohandle as trouble shooter under time pressure
• team player with high degree of service-orientation
• very good command ofEnglish (oral and written) - Proficiency in German is an asset
• IT-affinity with goodMS Office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Place of work can be one of our Sales organizations in the Area Europe.
The salary framework is adapted to local conditions and professional experience.
To work partly from Home Office after the Onboarding is possible in agreement with your teamleader.
