Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• You take ownership of supply planning activities to ensure optimal product availability while balancing service levels, inventory and costs
• You plan and manage material requirements, monitor supply situations, proactively identify risks and deviations, and implement appropriate measures
• You work closely with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Product Management and Logistics, while contributing to end-to-end supply chain planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• You manage multiple planning topics simultaneously, independently prioritize your workload and ensure transparency in your planning decisions
• You actively work with planning systems and analytical tools to evaluate data, develop scenarios and support data-driven decision‑making
• You optimize production planning across different production lines and manufacturing sites

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have solid experience in Supply Planning and a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• You are confident working with planning software and tools such as o9 Solutions, SAP APO/IBP, ERP systems, Advanced Planning Systems or comparable solutions
• You have a strong analytical and data‑driven mindset combined with excellent problem‑solving skills
• You take ownership, work proactively, communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables and data analysis)
